At 172 days into the new year, it's so typically me to think about how far I've come since the last time I really took the time to check in with myself. As a country and a world, we've been through a lot already and it seems like every day there's a new reason to feel completely and totally overwhelmed.

But it's important to not let the weight of the world press down. Instead, using the things that matter to you as a catalyst for your own campaign is the best way to fight back. Using some of the biggest issues facing our country and world right now, I've rounded up some ways to have a positive impact on the world, your community and your everyday life:
