We all have a tremendous responsibility to do our own work when it comes to social justice and not just when it’s trending in the news. As someone with privilege, I have been frustrated by the business-as-usual approach by others on social media. But this isn’t about me or them, this is about providing resources and creating opportunities for others to have confronting conversations with themselves and others and take meaningful steps towards becoming better allies.
